Mix equal parts of creme de menthe, creme de cacao and cream, pour out over 4-5 ice cubes in a glass.

3/4 oz. Each: Kahlua, White Creme de Cocoa, Cream
Shake over ice, Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass or Flute
CHOCOLATE
COVERED GRASSHOPPER
one scoop Ice
one scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz. white Creme de Cacao
Put above in a blender, blend until smooth. Serve in a hurricane glass, topped
with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
